This first session is a chance to get to know you, your story, daily rhythms, and what’s calling for care. We’ll talk about what’s happening in your body and your life, and begin to notice where herbal support might be helpful.
My approach draws on Italian folk herbalism, clinical herbalism, and a slow, intuitive way of listening to both the person and the plants. This is a conversation, not a diagnosis. Together, we’ll begin mapping gentle, practical steps for support.
After the session, I’ll send a protocol with suggestions for herbs, practices, and or resources that may fit your needs.
The initial consultation lasts about 60–75 minutes and can stand on its own or serve as a starting point for ongoing work.
