Herbal Consults

Herbal consultations with Jenna are one-on-one, relationship-centered sessions rooted in clinical herbalism, ancestral folk practice, and deep listening. These consults are a collaborative process, designed to support the whole person; body, emotional landscape, and lived experience, rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions. Together, we explore patterns, plant allies, and practical ways to support your system through herbal preparations, ritual, and ongoing care. This work is especially supportive during times of transition, grief, stress, and nervous system overwhelm, offering grounded guidance and plant-based support that meets you where you are.

Ancestral Practices

The ancestral practices offered through Widow are rooted in Southern Italian folk traditions and shaped by lineage, relationship, and reverence. This work may include malocchio (evil eye) removal and cures, protective tools such as brevi bags, and devotional practices involving ancestors, saints, and deities. These offerings are approached as relational and ritual practices meant to restore balance, provide spiritual protection, and strengthen connection to one’s lineage and guides. This is quiet, intentional work, carried out with respect for tradition, consent, and the understanding that ancestral practices are living teachings meant to be tended with care.
