Follow-Up Herbal Consult
A follow-up consultation is an opportunity to check in on how your herbal and ritual practices are unfolding, refine your support plan, and address new or evolving needs. We’ll review what’s been working, what might need adjustment, and explore deeper patterns in your body, emotions, and daily rhythms.
This session continues to draw on Italian folk herbalism, clinical herbalism, and an intuitive, relational approach, listening closely to both you and the plants. It is a collaborative conversation, not a diagnosis, focused on practical, gentle ways to support your ongoing wellness.
After the session, you’ll receive an updated written protocol with suggested adjustments to herbs, preparations, and practices, helping you integrate them seamlessly into your life. Follow-up consultations typically last 45–60 minutes and can stand alone or support ongoing care over time.
